Panayiotis Haratzopoulos

Born in 1967 in Athens and studied Graphic Design at TEI of Athens and Graphic Fine Arts in Canterbury, Kent.
He taught at the Post-Graduate course of Graphic Design at Vakalo School of Arts and in between type design he likes to work on cultural projects for print or screen.
He established Cannibal, together with Yiannis Kouroudis, in 1995

Yiannis Karlopoulos

Born in 1967 in Thessaloniki and studied Graphic Design at TEI of Athens and calligraphy and type design at Ecole Estienne in Paris.
He became known for his work as Art Director of various magazines such as Photografos, 01 and Klik, Symbol and Oiko. Today, he is a publication consultant for Lambrakis Press SA. and active member of Cannibal in which he participates since 1997.



Yiannis Kouroudis

Born in 1962 in Soufli, studied graphic design and photography at the TEI of Athens, where he worked later as a lecturer for three years.
Distinguished for his work in both the graphic design and illustration.
He is awarded in Greece and abroad and is one of the few Greek designers whose work has been hosted in foreign magazines and annuals.
Co-founder, with Panayiotis Haratzopoulos of Cannibal since 1995.

Dimitris Arvanitis

Born in 1948 in Chalkida, studied Fine Arts and Graphic Design.
1976-1985 Art Director at EMI Records.
From 1986 to 1990 Art Director at Tachydromos magazine.
He also designed the magazines "JAZZ", "Periodiko", "Minima", "Difono", "Ntefi", "Jazz & Tzaz", "Kaleidoscopio", "pontiki art" and "Adobe magazine".
His work includes the design of book covers, posters, record sleeves, logos and typography.
From 1986 he participates in various Poster and Design Biennale around Europe.
At 2008 he redesigned the newspaper "Eleftherotypia", the supplement "Vivliothiki" and the magazine of Sunday Eleftherotypia "7".
He is a member of Cannbal since 1998, and a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale since 2004.

Aggelos Bakas

Born in 1954 and studied typography at London College of Printing.
Since 1997 he designs and publishes the magazine Akro.
He was a professor at Graphic Design Department of University of Wales College Newport and Creative Director of Basis, an advertising company based in Thessaloniki.
Collaborates with Cannibal since 1999.


Vlassis Fotinos

Born in 1968 in Athens and studied graphic design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
He has long experience in advertisement and has worked in several advertising agencies.
Today he holds the position of Creative Art Director in Leon & Partners.
He is a member of Cannibal since 1997.


Hector Haralambous

Born in 1945 in Nicosia-Cyprus, studied at Doxiadis School of Art.
He is active in type design since the mid-eighties and has designed fonts for various companies, among them Linotype.
He teaches at Vakalo school of Art and Design, and is one of the three Course Leaders at the Graphic Design department.
Collaborates with Cannibal since 1997.


Takis Katsoulidis

Born in Messini, studied at the School of Fine Arts in Athens and at Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
He was director of the school ATO (Doxiadis school of Art), professor and head of the Graphic Design department at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens.
He has also worked as a consultant for many publications while he is well known as a stamp designer.
Above all, he is a well-known engraver, with a large number of personal exhibitions, participations and distinctions in various Biennale and international exhibitions.
Some of his work is located at the National Gallery, Vorres Museum etc.
In 2003, his hometown Messini honoured him by establishing the Engraving Museum Takis Katsoulidis at the old City Hall.
He is the author of the book "The Design of Letter", and is collaborating with Cannibal since 2001.


Dimitris Koliadimas

Master of the Arts in Typo / Graphic studies (London College of Communication)
Born in 1978 in Thessaloniki and studied at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens School of Graphic Design & Graphic Arts in Graphic Design Department (1997-2001). He continued his postgraduate studies at London College of Communication MA in Typo / graphic studies. He graduated in 2002 with Level A Distinction and his dissertation was titled "Rhetoric: A virus within contemporary language" (an experimental visual representation of the experimental use of personal pronouns in political speech).

Since 2005 he collaborates with Dimitris Papazoglou (designersunited.gr, website where their joint work is being presented); together they have won awards and distinctions in Greece and abroad, participated in group exhibitions, given presentations and lectures at academic institutions, seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, participated in cultural projects but also in non-profit projects, evaluation committees of graphic design work etc. Presentations of their work and interviews can be found  in periodicals and books in circulation in Greece and abroad.

Paris Koutsikos

Paris Koutsikos is co-founder and Art Director of OXY publications.
A lot of his work has been awarded both in Greece and abroad.
He is now experimenting with street art and other levels of art.
Collaborates with Cannibal since 2001.

Dimitris Papazoglou

Born in 1976 in Athens he studied typographic design and visual communication at the Instituto Europeo di Design of Milan. Together with the Creative Art Director Dimitri Koliadima maintain their personal office under the name "designersunited.gr" in Thessaloniki having achieved significant collaborations and distinctions. Among others he has been Creative Art Director for the visual identity of major cultural events such as the "1st Thessaloniki Biennale 2007" the 47th film festival, the European Basketball Championship Final Four 2007 ATHNES. He has been Creative Director for the magazine "E" of the newspaper Eleytherotypia and in charge of the promotion and the design of the publications of the State Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki, etc.

He teaches typography and visual communication for postgraduate students at the Private School of Applied and Fine Arts, AKTO for the last three years, and has made a series of lectures in Interuniversity Postgraduate Programme 'Museology' of the A.U.Th. with the professor in charge Mrs. Matoula Scaltsa.


Vladimir Radibratovic

Born in 1962 in Yugoslavia, Novisad and studied at the School of Applied Arts in Belgrade.
Since 1991 he lives permanently in Greece and works with advertising companies and magazines as illustrator and calligraphist.
Collaborates with Cannibal since 1999.


Konstantinos Spaliaras

Born in Athens in 1971 and studied graphic design in A.T.E.S.
He has his own creative studio in Athens, while working with major advertising and publishing companies.
He joined Cannibal in 1999.
  

George Triantafillakos

George Triantafyllakos was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. He is currently working on his PhD thesis on Participatory Software Design at the Department of Informatics at A.U.Th., while freelancing as a graphic and web designer.

Irene Vlachou

Irene Vlachou was graduated from the graphic design programme of Vakalo School of Art & Design in Athens. She then persued her studies at the the University of Derby, from where she was awarded an MA in Advanced practices and theories in graphic design. Irene also holds an MA in Typeface Design from the University of Reading, UK. She has designed Greek fonts for various international typefoundries and is currently working for Cannibal Fonts, in Athens.
